Teen pop sensation Justin Bieber may be from Canada, but he is getting a lot of love from American music fans! Billboard.com reports that Bieber scored four nominations for the upcoming 38th annual American Music Awards and will make his performing debut at the awards show alongside Katy Perry and Ke$ha. The 16-year-old said that he is "extremely humbled" to be a part of the show, which will take place at Nokia Live in Los Angeles on Nov. 21 and broadcast live on ABC.

Although Justin Bieber remained tight-lipped about what he will perform at the American Music Awards, he did say, "As a small-town kid from Canada, I never imaged that I would be nominated for AMAs, let alone be performing on the show." Pink, Christina Aguilera, Bon Jovi and Bieber's collaborator Usher are also slated to perform at the AMAs.

Never Say Never then flashes to footage from Bieber's sold-out Madison Square Garden concert earlier this year. Jon Chu, the director, is planning on combining footage of Bieber's daily life with interviews, behind-the-scenes footage and clips of him performing in concert. The film will arrive on the big screen on Feb. 11.

Before unveiling the footage from his forthcoming 3D feature film, Bieber announced plans to release an acoustic album this fall. The singing sensation took to his Twitter account to tweet: "On November 23rd the Unplugged Acoustic album comes out! Taking it back to how we started." Although minimal details about the album have surfaced, Bieber did reveal that the album will include a "new song I cut in Hawaii for the holidays" in addition to stripped-down versions of his hit songs.
